How To Manifest A Successful Business In 5 Steps

how to manifest a successful business

Learning how to manifest a successful business is very different from how most people go about ‘building a business’. This is a more spiritual and intuitive approach and uses the law of attraction to manifest what you perceive a ‘successful business’ to be.

Thousands and thousands of books have been written about business and success. The reality is that less than 50% of all businesses make it past the first five years.

The reality is that very few businesses start and succeed like a text book. Having a plan, executing it and having everything fall perfectly in place the way you envision it is just plain rubbish.

Successful businesses tend to pivot a lot. They have to change and adapt and ‘become’ something that is often very different from the original plan.

The idea of manifesting a successful business also gets distorted a lot.

The idea that you will be struck by a stroke of inspiration and have a successful business land on your lap is completely false.

Manifesting a successful business is about working with the law of attraction, having a more spiritual approach to business and having a more enlightened definition of success.

You have everything you need to build something far bigger than yourself .

– Seth Godin

This is the new wave of business and entrepreneurship. There is a shift from money as the sole objective to serving people, making the world a better place and being more conscious both socially and globally.

This does not mean money is not important.

It is.

Money is not the primary goal though.

What it means is that the business makes a lot of money because it’s successful and it is not defined as a success because it makes a lot of money.

To manifest a successful business you simply have to tap into your passion, find out what success really means to you and have an intention to attract everything you need to manifest the business that reflects you and what you can bring to this world.

What will bring you the most joy? What do you have to share with the world that is unique and special?

The process of manifesting a successful business can not solely be based on a financial goal.

5 Steps To Manifest a Successful Business

The process to manifest a successful business is the same process you will follow to manifest anything.

It can be broken down to these 5 steps. These steps are not necessarily chronological and you will often have to go back and forth as you clarify your vision, your intention and focusing your desire.

  1. Get clear on exactly what you do want
  2. Create an intention
  3. Focus your energy and attention on what you do want
  4. Let go and allow it to come to you
  5. Remove all resistance

1. Get Clear On Exactly What You Do Want

What is it that you really want? Saying that you want to manifest a successful business is really vague and is very far from the clarity that is needed to create an intention.

What does a successful business mean to you? What does it look like and what do you consider ‘success’?

For some it’s making a lot of money but even that is a very vague idea. For some it’s ‘changing the world’ but even that is a very vague idea.

You really need to work though this and develop a crystal clear image of exactly what your idea of a successful business really is.

Really go to work and build the image of your perfect business. Describe it in great detail…

  • how much do you want to work?
  • where do you want to work?
  • how much do you want to earn?
  • how do you want your business to impact your family?
  • how do you want to impact your community and the world?
  • what does an average day in your successful business look like?
  • how do you feel as the owner of this successful business?

Many people who feel frustrated in jobs feel like they are doing something they hate. Maybe a successful business is simply being able to do something you love?

This process of getting clear on exactly what you want is not easy. It often takes a lot of soul searching but once you get down to the detail it will leave you excited and enthusiastic.

Don’t let the fear of losing be greater than the excitement of winning.

– Robert Kiyosaki

If it doesn’t give you that authentic inner drive then you need to go back to the drawing board.

Never do this process with the limitations of what you think you can achieve or what you think you can do.

Microsoft, Apple and Amazon all started with one person in a garage building a dream.

2. Create An Intention

Knowing exactly what you want and getting clear on what you want in a business is the first and most important part in creating an intention.

You can not have an intention without a clear vision because having an intention requires you to have a clear vision of your future reality.

Commitment to a specific end result. An intention is very different from wanting something. It’s about projecting yourself into a future reality and seeing yourself already having a successful business.

When you have an intention to manifest a successful business you latch on to the idea to the extent that you start making it real in your mind well before you experience the reality in your life.

When you have an intention you ‘harden your will’ and you become committed to a specific end result.

You do not fall in love with the means to the end though. That is how goal setting works – at least in the traditional sense.

When you have an intention to manifest a successful business you commit to it, you release the doubts in your mind and you become totally committed to realizing your intention no matter what.

3. Focus Your Energy And Attention On What You Do Want

The only thing you really have to do to manifest anything you really want is to keep your mind focussed on what you DO want instead of what you don’t want.

This sounds really simple – and it is. While it’s simple, it is not easy.

The reason is that we tend to react to events and circumstances. Fear enters into our thoughts and we tend to focus our energy on the very things we want to avoid.

I’ve used this example before, but it’s really useful to repeat. When you drive a racing car, your instructor will tell you that you should keep your eyes and head on the road and NOT the wall in front of you.

When your focus is on the wall, then you hit the wall. When your focus is on where you want to go then your mind almost automatically takes over and leads you there.

The problem is when you head straight towards it at 120 mph. Fear kicks in and we become like a deer in the headlights – unable to take the necessary actions to correct our course.

Business often feels like this. If you have a lot of time and money invested in any business it can feel like you are going at 120 mph. There are a lot of fears that kick in and direct your focus away from where it should be.

This is why it is so important to have a crystal clear idea of exactly what you want.

It will help you stay focussed and help you course-correct quickly when things get out of hand.

4. Let Go And Allow It To Come To You

This is one of the hardest steps to manifest a successful business simply because we start thinking rationally. We want to make things happen instead of allowing the universe to bring to us what we need.

When you have an intention all sorts of synchronicities will start showing up in your life. The right people, events and resources will show up – but only if you let go and trust.

This can be hard – especially when money is involved.

Letting go and allowing things to happen is the foundation of this ‘new’ approach to success in business.

It is a massive break from the capitalist idea of business which in essence is a dog-eats-dog world where there are no real winners.

With this approach, success is only measured in terms of money and everything else becomes secondary. This is why most big corporations quite literally devoured themselves.

A more spiritual approach to business is about allowing your intuition to guide you. With a clear intention the law of attraction will bring to you everything you need.

You simply need to trust. Every step will unfold as long as you hold on to your intention and stay focussed only on what you DO want.

5. Remove All Resistance

If you think of a flowing stream and throwing a big rock into that stream it affects the effortless flow of the water.

Resistance refers to anything that prevents the effortless flow in your life and your business.

Resistance is rarely physical impediments.

Resistance shows up as internal thoughts, ideas, beliefs and fears that prevents the free flowing abundance that you desire for a successful business.

Resistance can come in many forms.

The important thing is to recognize it when it shows up. A resistant thought is any thought that distracts you from thinking of what you DO want and that steers you towards what you fear.

Trying to overcome resistant thoughts is often self defeating. It is almost always a better approach to redirect your thoughts.

This can often be achieved through physical actions. If you fear accounting, then learn about it. Learn about money management and up your skills to overcome your fears.

Never allow resistant thoughts to linger and take root. It lowers your vibration and prevents you from manifesting your intention.

Never get caught up in the means to the end. Stay committed only to what you eventually want to create. The processes and the ‘means to the end’ will be attracted to you if you hold on to your intention.

The Difference Between a Successful Business and a Failing Business

There is this image of success and being successful at business that is rampant and promoted by many on social media.

This image is one of hard work, slaving away day in and day out – making great sacrifices and postponing many gratifications for the sake of success.

You don’t do it because you ‘have to’ or that you force yourself to do it out of a sense of duty. You do it because you get lost in your work.

Don’t worry about being successful but work toward being significant and the success will naturally follow.

– Oprah Winfrey

You get lost in the passion of what you do. Yes, to the outside world it may look like you are slaving away – working long hours and sacrificing a lot but in reality none of it feels like that at all.

If you are passionate about what you do and if you have a deep love and calling for what you are doing then nothing will feel hard at all.

You don’t do it because you think it will lead to success. You don’t do it because you see it as a stepping stone to success.

You do it because you can’t NOT do it. It’s a burning desire inside you and you are not driven by accomplishments, money or success.

In fact, when external achievements drive you, you are very likely to fail at business.

If making money is your primary goal then you will probably never be successful. If the amount of money you make becomes the yardstick then you are stepping into a hamster wheel experience where you simply can’t get ahead.

No amount of money will ever be ‘enough’. By nature, making some gives birth to higher and bigger goals.

Businesses that are not primarily driven by making money but driven by something bigger than itself are those that tend to thrive – even in the worse economic circumstances.

We see this over and over again. Startups flourish because they are driven by passionate and caring individuals.

Try not to become a man of success. Rather become a man of value.

– Albert Einstein

They then get bought out by corporations and the business loses its soul. Eventually they start suffering.

What is it then that makes the difference between a successful business and a failing business?

It is passion. It is the desire to serve – to do something amazing. To change the world in some way and ultimately to make people’s lives better.

It is about giving something of yourself to the world. Its about responding to that burning desire within yourself.

Listening to that still small voice of intuition and being guided by your intuition instead of your bank balance.

Manifesting a Successful Business vs. Copying a Successful Business

What does it mean to you to manifest a successful business? Do you have this idea that you will somehow wake up one morning and have it delivered to your front door?

The concept of manifesting is often completely misunderstood. Manifesting something is not about doing nothing and having everything.

There is an element of work involved. Oftentimes it involves a LOT of work. The difference is that this is not the type of work that most people associate to ‘work’.

It is about being inspired. Doing something you have a passion for – something that you want to do. You don’t do the work because you think that is what you should be doing to be successful.

You do it because you use the law of attraction to attract every step of the process.

I love the way Rhonda Byrne explained how The Secret came about. She basically had no plan or process in place. She quite literally use the law of attraction to attract every step and the whole process simply unfolded.

This is the way I approach business. It’s about forgetting everything you think you should be doing to be successful.

It’s about forging your own path instead of trying to replicate another person’s path in an attempt to copy their success.

This idea that you can simply copy another person’s path and replicate their success is one of the most poisonous ideas in business today.

It is better to fail in originality than to succeed in imitation.

– Herman Melville

We see this argument almost everyday with would-be entrepreneurs peddling their ‘fail proof business blueprints’.

It is not WHAT you do that makes you successful at business. It is the energy that you bring to what you do that determines your results.

To manifest a successful business you don’t have to go and find a ‘blueprint’ that you can copy step by step.

That rarely works.

Yes, you must learn from others because there are many practical steps you need to master but when it comes to truly manifesting a successful business that is unique to you then you simply have to turn your attention inwards.

It is not what you do that determines your success but rather what you bing to what you do that is the ultimate determining factor.

Those who try to replicate businesses according to ‘blueprints’ tend to bring a lot of fear and doubt with every step along the way.

The doubt and the fear that it might not work tends to permeate every step along the way.

====

You can not wait for your business to be successful for you to feel success. You can not wait to make X amount of money before you feel success.

You have to reverse this common misconception. You have to feel the success and experience it in order for success to find you.

The idea of like attracts like is really powerful but can be very tricky for many people. Success, whichever way you define it, is not something you create.

It is something you connect to. You become a vibrational match to what you want to manifest by BEING and embodying everything you perceive a successful business owner is.

This is how success finds you.

It is very different from the ideas of ‘going out there’ and forcing things into place; slugging it out and working yourself to the bone for your business to become successful on terms that may not even fulfil you.
