Before you read one more word, grab your journal or an empty notebook and a pen and let’s get serious. If you can’t do it now then it is probably not important enough to you.
How To Manifest Weight Loss With The 369 Method in 7 Steps:
Step #1: Create a Clear Intention
Getting clear on exactly what you want is the first and most important step in creating anything.
When it comes to weight loss, most people make one big mistake: they focus on how much weight they want to lose.
Don’t do that. When the mind is confronted with the idea of a loss it creates resistance.
You need to decide on your ideal weight. What weight do you want to be at and do not hold back.
What will make you feel great?
And BE great?
Set that number in stone and forget about the how. Your only job is to decide exactly how much you want to weigh AND to start building an image in your mind of what you will look like and feel like when you are at that ideal weight.
Step #2: Craft an Intention Statement
Once you know exactly what you want and you have clarity on what your ideal weight is you need to turn it into an intention statement.
This is a short and concise ‘affirmation’ that you can focus on to direct your mind and emotions to what you want to materialize in your life.
You need to write this in your own words – words that matter to you. Make sure you wrote it as if it is already your reality and inject emotion and meaningful words that allows you to SEE yourself already at your ideal weight.
“I, Amanda, am so grateful and happy now that I weigh 100bs and I just love the way I feel, the way others look at me and the joy it brings knowing that I am fit, happy and healthy.”
Step #3: Writing Your Affirmation 3 Times In The Morning
You will need a journal for this and I suggest you keep this journal with you at all times for the next 33 days.
Do not use your computer or your phone either.
Writing by and is really important as there is a connection between writing it, seeing it and visualizing that you do not get from typing.
As soon as you wake up in the morning – before you do anything, grab your journal and write your intention statement 3 times.
The secret is to really block out all other thoughts and only focus on what you write.
Allow the words to form the images in your mind and allow yourself to really BE in that future reality where you are already at your ideal weight.
Step #4: Writing Your Affirmation 6 Times In The Afternoon
As the day wears on you will inevitably face challenges and distractions but set aside 15 minutes in the middle of the say to ‘switch off’.
You will now write your affirmation 6 times as it will most likely take more time to really focus on the idea since your mind will have many more distractions to deal with than it did first thing in the morning.
Step #5: Writing Your Affirmation 9 Times Just Before Bed
Just before you go to bed, you will write your affirmation 9 times. This gives you much more time to really focus and visualize on your ideal weight.
At the end of the day we tend to be exhausted and often overwhelmed by things that may have happened during the day.
Spending some more time with your intention statement is often required and it also serves another purpose.
When this is the last thing your mind focuses on before bed, it tends to ‘simmer’ and allows your subconscious to focus on while you are asleep.
This is a powerful strategy and most people tend to think about everything that is wrong or everything that could go wrong before they fall asleep.
Their subconscious will then simmer over and focus on all those erroneous thoughts all night long.
Direct your mind. Decide and instruct your subconscious on what you want it to create.
Step #6: Complete 33 Days Without a Break
The best way to complete 33 days without a break is to take your calendar and block out 33 days in advance.
It may seem like skipping a day or two is not a big deal but ‘letting up’ and skipping a day or a few sessions allows your old consciousness to take root again.
You want to maintain the pressure when you start changing your consciousness to the point where it eventually replaces your old thoughts and feelings.
Keeping a journal also helps a lot. Having everything in one place and always carrying the journal with you serves as a further reminder that you are serious about change.
Your mind will resist.
Your mind does not like change but something deeper inside you craves change – something deeper inside you wants you to be at your ideal weight.
It is this part of you that gives birth to your desires.
This is your consciousness and you need to overcome your mind and surface level desires and habits to allow your Highest Self to thrive in your life.
Step #7: Rinse and Repeat
So, after 33 days you most probably won’t lose 50lbs although you could. That should not be the measure of success.
The idea behind the 33 days is to focus your energy and attention for a 33 day period to start shifting your consciousness.
During this time you will attract people, ideas and events that can start to create change.
Your job is to take inspired action. This is not about making a list of things you could do to lose weight and then forcing yourself to do it.
A friend of mine has been slogging it out in the gym for years without much success. When she started doing the 369 method for weight loss she started seeing ideas about fasting showing up everywhere in her life.
She kept on ignoring it – waiting for the universe to show her how to lose weight.
