Speaking Things Into Existence Law Of Attraction

Speaking Things Into Existence Law Of Attraction

Speaking things into existence using the law of attraction is a powerful idea where you give your thoughts a different level of energy through sound and in the process direct your thoughts in a much more direct way.

The concept of taking a thought, a dream or an idea and making it real has been around in spiritual teachings since the beginning of time. Speaking things into existence, law of attraction and manifesting are not new concepts at all.

What has happened in recent years though is that these ideas became popular and acceptable? 20 Years ago I would hide the cover of the books I was reading when commuting on The London Underground.

Somehow, for a 20-something male to read books about esoteric philosophy was still frowned upon.

Today, even teenagers talk openly and comfortably about manifesting. This is great news because collectively we are advancing.

The idea of being stuck in a life you hate out of duty or a lack of power is fast becoming a thing of the past.

There are many aspects to manifesting and one idea that is very prominent in The Bible is this idea of speaking things into existence. Many Biblical scholars do not like comparisons to the law of attraction and The Bible. They remain rigid and stuck in their indoctrinated beliefs.

Those who read the Bible without indoctrinated and rigid preconceptions can actually learn some great truths. The spoken word has great power and this is a theme that we find in many places in The Bible.

The Power Of Speaking Things Into Existence (Law Of Attraction)

I don’t want to get into religious discussions here so we will focus our discussion on how speaking things into existence relates to the law of attraction.

What I will mention though is that prayer has been part of religious practices since the beginning of time. The fact that there is power in the spoken word is undeniable.

Praying out loud, chanting, and even singing are all different practices that use the spoken word as a “tool” for manifesting.

Many meditation practices use sound and the power of sound to manifest. Wayne Dyer made famous the Ohm and Ahh Meditations which is based on “the sound of God”. In his book Manifest Your Destiny he explains how these sounds of are present in EVERY name these is for God

By using these sounds you can invoke the name of God which has great power when you focus your energy on what you want to manifest.

The power of speaking things into existence has much more practical and psychological implications though.

A lot of research has been done in the area of linguistics and Neuro Linguistic Programming is one of the most powerful tools that therapists use to help people create change in their lives.

Words have immense power from a psychological point of view. Your subconscious mind is almost like another “person” who simply does your bidding based on what you tell it to do.

Most of the time we don’t even realize how the language we use impacts our lives and what we create and attract into our lives.

Words have a magical power. They can either bring the greatest happiness or the deepest despair.

– Sigmund Freud

One of the first steps in using the power of your words to speak things into existence is to become aware of what you are already speaking.

Your habitual language will always be a 100% match to what you attract into your life. You need to pay particular attention to:

→ What you say to your Self about yourself

Your self-talk is an internal dialogue that almost never rests. Everything that you perceive or experience in your life becomes a topic of discussion that you discuss with your Self.

You need to realize that there are really 2 parties involved in these discussions. There is the You that is your conscious reasoning mind and there is the You that is your subconscious mind. While both of them is “You” they are different aspects of You and have very different roles to fulfill.

Most people just have really poor self-talk and they keep putting down themselves, playing themselves down and generally talk down on themselves.

Speaking things into existence is not just about what you speak out loud. What you speak in your mind to your Self is incredibly powerful.

From the point of view of the law of attraction, what you say to yourself about your self will manifest because that colors every thought you think.

→ What you say to your Self about your life

Negative and limiting self-talk is not limited to what you say to yourself about your Self. It also relates to what you say about your life.

This self-talk is in reality your thoughts and anything and everything that happens to you set off a new conversation and a new thought process.

You need to intervene consciously and start paying attention to these words you use to describe and make sense of what is happening in your life.

→ What you say to others about your Self

It is amazing how many people use self-deprecating language. How often do you hear people say things like “I’m such an idiot” or “I have a terrible memory” or “I am terrible at …”

While it often seems innocent and humorous, we know for a fact that the subconscious mind respond to these commands.

What you say to yourself about your Self and what you say to others about your Self are both powerful commands that the subconscious is compelled to obey.

→ What you say to others about (your) life

Another really common misuse of the spoken word is when people get involved in “b!tching sessions”. Complaining about how bad the government is, how terrible your boss is or how tough you have it.

These things may all be true but why give your energy and your attention to it?

One powerful exercise is to simply stop speaking out loud the things that is wrong or missing from your life. This alone can transform your life but it is most likely a habit that you need to break.

Even people who are on this path of manifesting already fall into this trap. You get in a certain group of friends and before you know it you are talking along and joining the choir of negativity.

Start seeing what you say to yourself (your thoughts) and what you say to others as a currency. If everything you think and say manifests immediately, what will you have in your life?

Most people will just have a big pile of junk.

What is really helpful in thinking this way is that it helps you become much more sensitive to what you say to yourself or to others.

Speak Things Into Existence Using The Law of Attraction

When you take an idea, a dream or a goal that is floating around in your head and you start focusing your energy on this idea you can start making it real. One of the first steps of manifesting the idea is to write it down.

As soon as you write it down it is no longer just a thought. It is now something you can see.

  • It is definite
  • It is rea
  • You can look at it

You can even make a vision board to help illustrate your ideas and to help you clarify, refine, and visualise your dream.

Speaking it out loud adds yet another energy to the idea. Not only is there the energy of the spoken word, but there is also the fact that you give your subconscious very clear instructions.

Mere thoughts can be non-descript and bounce around in your mind. With the spoken word, it is definite and your mind can not wander the way it does with merely trying to focus on ideas mentally.

The law of attraction dictates that whatever you place your energy and your attention on, will be attracted into your life.

When you speak your desires out loud, it focuses your mind on a specific idea and the spoken word has an energy that is much greater than mere thoughts in your head or ideas on paper.

When you speak something out loud, your subconscious mind hears it. Often when we hear something out loud we think differently about it.

Ideas that bounce around in your hear can start playing all sorts of tricks on you. You have to pin them down by writing it out and then speaking it out loud.

Here are 7 powerful techniques for speaking things into existence using the law of attraction.

1. Affirmations

Affirmations can be used in many different ways and it is a powerful tool to help you overcome negative beliefs. Affirmations can also be used to speak things into existence.

When you take that one thing you really want to manifest and turn it into a single phrase that you can memorize and easily repeat, it can be very powerful.

Make sure you phrase it in the present tense (as if you already have it) and use inspiring and emotionally driven language. You can also have 3 or 4 affirmations built around the same idea of what you want to manifest.

2. Incantations

Incantations are something we tend to read about in fantasy books and as a kid, I was always fascinated by the sorcerers who could just say something and it would happen.

Incantations are like an affirmation that you say out loud – often repeatedly but with such emotion and conviction that it sends a clear instruction to your entire nervous system.

With incantations, there is a lot of power and energy behind your idea because it involves your entire mind and body.

Combining this with mirror work can also be very powerful – especially if what you want to manifest has something to do with your body, your confidence or the way you love yourself.

3. Secret Word

A very interesting technique that I learned some time ago is to invent a word that represents what you want to manifest. This word has to be totally fictitious and only you should know about it and what it means.

Let this word represent what you want to manifest.

Whenever you speak this word, you and only you will know what you are speaking about. The novelty of it makes it fun and can help jolt you out of a negative mindset whenever you feel down.

Because this word has a lot of meaning to you, when you utter it, you can speak into existence that which you want to manifest.

It is a great tool to quickly jolt you out of a bad mindset or a negative state of mind.

4. Meditation

There are many meditation practices and the vast majority of them are centered around the idea of being quit and shutting out the conscious mind. There are also meditation practices that use sound to help you focus or “lose” your conscious mind.

There are also meditations like Japa that uses sounds and more specifically “the sounds of creation” to help you manifest.

Japa is a form of meditation that can help you speak things into existence using mantras and ancient sounds that invoke certain vibrations and thought frequencies.

5. Prayer

Most of us have been exposed to prayer in some shape or form. Prayer is basically a way of communicating with God, the universe or a higher power that you believe is the creator of the universe.

Prayer allows you to have a conversation with God or the universe. You can pour your heart out and express all the desires you may have.

And whatever you ask in prayer, you will receive, if you have faith.

– The Bible (Matt 21:22)

The real purpose of prayer is not so much about finding answers as it is about having a conversation with God. When you express to God what it is that you really want to be, do, and have in this life, you express the energy of creation.

Remember that you are the co-creator of your life. God is your “partner” on this journey and stands ready to assist you with whatever you want to create.

6. Mirror Work

Mirror work is weird for many people and if you haven’t really done it then it can be quite confronting. Louise Hay was a great proponent of mirror work as it can be very powerful if you have any issues that relate to your self-image.

Most people can’t manifest what they desire simply because they do not believe that they deserve it. When you stand in front of a mirror and look yourself in the yey you get to talk to yourself in a very powerful way.

7. Conversations

We’ve already talked about the importance of the conversations you are having with yourself. In many ways, these are the most important conversations you can have.

What you are saying to yourself about yourself and your life will determine how you think, how you feel, and ultimately what you attract into your life.

Use language that lifts your spirits that inspires you and that makes you believe how great you are and how amazing your life really is.

If your conversations with yourself is about how stupid you are, how bad things are going, and how terrible your life is turning out then that is what you will attract more of into your life.

You also want to pay very close attention to what you say out loud to others about yourself and your life.

This is also why it is so important to surround yourself with the right people – people who have a positive and optimistic outlook on life and who will encourage and support your dreams.

One powerful law of attraction exercise is to pick 3 people you trust and to tell them what you intend to manifest.

This adds a level of commitment to what you want to attract into your life.
