Removing resistance to money is simple, but its not easy. It is not easy because it is most likely thoughts that you developed over a lifetime OR thoughts that were formed during a very traumatic time. This means these are thoughts that are ingrained in your subconscious mind.
Changing it is simple in the sense that you have to work at. There is no “quick fix”. This is both good and bad news. The good news is that you CAN change it. The bad news is that you will have to make a consistent effort.

1. Start at the End
This sounds like a strange idea. How can you start at the end?
By using your imagination you can see yourself at the end. Far too often we get caught up in the process. We try and figure out “how” to make it happen.
The “how to” is not your job in the manifestation process. That is entirely up to the law of attraction. All you have to do is to see yourself at the end.
Focus only on the end result and do not try and figure out how you could make it happen. That will only lead to resistant thought because your mind will quickly come up with all the reasons why it can’t work, why you are not deserving and how it did not work out in the past.
You’ve probably heard this a million times before, but stay with me for a minute. This might give you a fresh perspective on how to use gratitude.
One thing we do know for a fact is that your mind can only hold one thought at a time. For most people the majority of their thoughts are negative.

Suppose you want to manifest your soul mate but every time you think about it thoughts from your past come up. These may be negative thoughts from past relationships or they may even be thoughts that you are “not enough”.
Immediately shift your focus on to all the great relationships in your life that you are grateful for. By thinking about all the great relationships from your past and present you are grateful for you shift your energy about relationships.
By thinking about this, writing it down or even saying it out loud “I am so happy and grateful for my amazing relationship with…” you quickly shift your energy.

3. Giving and Serving

We tend to get so caught up in our own desires and problems that we lose perspective. Finding ways to help and serve others breaks down so many barriers within ourselves.
There is a great spiritual truth that comes into play here: You can never sincerely help another without helping yourself.

Finding a way to give what you want to attract is the most powerful way to make the law of attraction work instantly. But, how do I give away what I want?
That does not make sense!
This is an interesting trick that you can play on your subconscious mind. Suppose you want to find your soulmate and you want to find love, is there a way for you to give away love?
Absolutely! And when you do, your subconscious recognizes that you have enough because you are already giving it away. When you give something away it creates a “void” in your life that your subconscious mind will attempt to fill up again.
Even just shifting the focus off yourself and asking yourself “how can I help someone else find their soulmate?” will totally transform the way you think and feel about the things you want to manifest.

4. Quiet Your Mind
From the second we wake up we are bombarded with messages, emails and a million different things. Our minds are pushed and pulled in so many different directions.
Unless you make the time to deliberately focus your energy and attention on the things you DO want to attract and manifest, you will probably only do a half-good job. Unfortunately that is not good enough if you are serious about finally manifesting the life you truly want.
Creating the time to be still, to relax and shut off the outside world does wonders for the way you feel in general.
There are many great meditation techniques to help you do this more efficiently by adding visualization and breathing techniques.
Essentially you want to take the time to quiet your mind. This allows you to let go of all the millions of negative images and thoughts that you are exposed to every day.
This also then gives you time to truly focus on what you do want .
A mind that is at peace has no resistant thoughts.
5. Feel Good Now
If you walk around moping and depressed because your life is not the way you truly want it, then that is what you will get more of.
Always remember that what you think and feel is what will expand in your life. You can think about what you want to manifest 20 hours a day, if you do not feel good when you have these thoughts then it will not manifest.
What you think, what you feel and what manifests in your life is always a perfect match.
Start doing things you love, things that make you laugh. If you feel depressed, find ways to get yourself out of it.
Feeling good is something you DO. Take up a sport or some physical activity. It is the fastest way to feel good – especially if you can do it with a group of like minded people.
6. Emotional Freedom Technique (EFT)
Holding on to old beliefs and negative thoughts can be a tough thing to overcome. So often the very things we want to manifest are being held back by these old thoughts and beliefs.
EFT stands for Emotional Freedom Technique and it is a technique that uses meridian points on your body to help you release negative emotions and beliefs.

If you can set your conscious mind aside for just a few minutes you can get yourself to do almost anything. Darren Brown famously taught people to play piano while they were under hypnosis with amazing results.
Your beliefs reside in your subconscious mind. It is what controls most of your thinking and consequently it is what controls most of what you end up attracting into your life.
Self hypnosis is a process of eliminating old thoughts and beliefs that are “stuck” in your subconscious mind.
If you have any particular thoughts and beliefs that bring up resistance in your life then this can be very powerful for you. It is not an instant fix though.

The law of attraction works instantly. Just like any of the universal laws of the universe it is constantly at work.
No matter how hard you try, you can switch the law of attraction on or off. There is no pause button.
